PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida – The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches today announced Sepp Straka, Nick Taylor, Shane Lowry and Min Woo Lee will return to the 2025 event, which is annually hosted at PGA National Resort & Spa from February 26 – March 2.

With the return of the Cognizant Classic just 20 days away, we will be announcing more player commitments to help build excitement around the 2025 event.”
A mainstay on the PGA TOUR for more than four decades, the Cognizant Classic reflects the tremendous culture and world-class golf of South Florida and boasts a star-studded list of past champions. Featured below are current season highlights for Straka, Taylor, Lowry and Lee.
Sepp Straka
Current FedExCup No. 1 and World No. 16 Straka has notched three top-25 finishes in four starts this season, including his third career victory at The American Express. The 31-year-old earned his first TOUR title at the 2022 Cognizant Classic when he came back from five strokes to defeat Lowry and become the first player from Austria to win on TOUR. The 2025 event marks Straka’s seventh consecutive start at PGA National where he looks to become the fifth player to win the event multiple times.
Nick Taylor
In just his second start of the season, the Canadian picked up his fifth career TOUR victory with a playoff win over Nico Echavarria at the Sony Open in Hawaii to mark his third consecutive season with a TOUR title. The 36-year-old Taylor will make his fourth trip to PGA National and first since 2022 where he earned his best finish at the event (T16).
Shane Lowry
Three-time TOUR winner Lowry will make his eighth appearance at the Cognizant Classic where he earned three top five finishes in his last three starts (2/2022; T5/2023; T4/2024). Following a missed cut at the Farmers Insurance Open in his first start of the 2025 season, the Irishman earned a runner-up finish at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, which marked his fourth career runner-up finish on TOUR. The World No. 18 looks to add his name to the stacked list of past champions.
Min Woo Lee
Still in search for his maiden TOUR title, Lee recorded two T2 finishes in 2024 as a first-year TOUR member, which represents his best finish on TOUR to date. The 26-year-old finished T2 at the 2024 Cognizant Classic following a final-round 67 which included his second eagle of the week at the par-5 10th hole. The Australian began his 2025 season at the Hero Dubai Classic on the DP World Tour in January (T17) before making his TOUR season debut at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am where he finished T17. The 2025 event marks Lee’s third consecutive appearance at PGA National (T26/2023; T2/2024).
