
Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches drives community impact with $2 million contribution to Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida – The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches announced a $2 million contribution from the 2025 event to the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation. The announcement was made during an evening ceremony held at North Palm Beach Country Club with Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, Cognizant Chief Marketing Officer Thea Hayden, Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation President and CEO Patricia McDonald, Children’s Healthcare Charity Vice President and Grants Chair Michele Jacobs, and Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches Executive Director Todd Fleming in attendance.

The Cognizant Classic has proudly donated more than $72 million to charitable causes, including over $55 million in the 19 years since Children’s Healthcare Charity Inc., became the official beneficiary. In total, the tournament’s commitment has supported more than 100 local nonprofits, enabling the enhancement of Palm Beach residents and beyond.
