The Bear Trap is Back: Lower prices, more fans, same electric atmosphere
2027 Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches reduces Bear Trap admission prices by more than 50%, doubles capacity and brings back one of golf’s most popular fan experiences
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida – The Bear Trap is getting back to its roots for the 2027 Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches. Tournament officials announced today that admission prices will be reduced by more than 50% compared to 2026, while capacity will double, giving more fans the opportunity to experience one of the PGA Tour’s most recognizable and energetic venues.
Beginning October 13, fans can secure tickets for $150 on Thursday and Sunday and $165 on Friday and Saturday, plus applicable taxes and fees. The 2027 experience will also return to a traditional food and beverage model, allowing fans to purchase what they want throughout the venue rather than included in the admission price. Special pricing will be available through Thursday, October 29, while supplies last.
“The Bear Trap has always been the social heartbeat of the Cognizant Classic,” said Max Novena, Interim Executive Director of the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches. “We're bringing back the experience that made it a fan favorite, with more accessible pricing, more room for fans and the electric atmosphere that makes the Bear Trap so special. We want more people to be part of it and these changes are an important step in making that happen.”
