The Cognizant Classic has proudly donated more than $70 million to charitable causes, including over $55 million in the 18 years since Children’s Healthcare Charity, Inc. became the official beneficiary. This commitment supports over 100 local nonprofits, enabling us to enhance the lives of residents in Palm Beach and beyond. In addition to these contributions, we are dedicated to supporting the community through various programs designed to assist local nonprofits.

Equipment Grant Program

The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches is proud to introduce a new grant program open to South Florida nonprofit organizations. Through this program, the tournament is partnering with PGA TOUR Superstore to expand access and equity to golf programs in under-resourced communities.

Birdies for Charity

Birdies for Charity is a fundraising platform supporting nonprofits in South Florida by allowing charitable organizations to invite their supporters to make contributions and guess the number of birdies made during the competitive rounds of the tournament. Participants have a chance to win a grand prize while helping their chosen charities. Each participating organization will receive 100% of the pledges collected, along with additional funding from a bonus pool provided by the Cognizant Classic.

Military Appreciation

The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches and the PGA TOUR have a deep-rooted commitment to supporting military members, veterans, and their families, especially those who call South Florida home and we are proud to offer local service members with the year-round support that they deserve.

Community Access

We are dedicated to inclusivity and community engagement, believing that everyone should experience the excitement of professional golf. To support this mission, children aged 15 and younger can enter the tournament grounds for free with a ticketed adult. Additionally, our Ticket Grant Program provides complimentary access to local nonprofits, ensuring that those in our community have the opportunity to attend and enjoy the event.
