Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches drives community impact with $2 million contribution to Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation
The announcement was made during an evening ceremony held at North Palm Beach Country Club with Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, Cognizant Chief Marketing Officer Thea Hayden, Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation President and CEO Patricia McDonald, Children’s Healthcare Charity Vice President and Grants Chair Michele Jacobs, and Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches Executive Director Todd Fleming in attendance. “As we continue elevating PGA TOUR golf in Palm Beach County, we’re focused on finding meaningful ways to invest our resources so that everyone who attends or follows our tournament feels a genuine sense of pride and connection to it,” said Fleming.

Birdies for Charity
The Birdies for Charity program provides nonprofits with the opportunity to utilize the excitement of the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches to raise funds for their cause. With no administrative fees, 100% of every donation goes directly to the nonprofit of your choice!

As part of their engagement as the Official Banking & Private Wealth Partner of the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches, CIBC hosted a powerful Business After Hours event. This series showcases how CIBC leverages sports, community, and meaningful partnerships to turn Ambition into Action.
The evening featured insights from Dan Sullivan (EVP, CIBC), Stephanie Prince-Springmyer (Market Manager, Good Karma Brands), and Todd Fleming (VP & Executive Director, Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches), who discussed the evolving role of private equity and financial institutions in shaping the sports and entertainment landscape, from global trends to regional and local influence.

Equipment Grant Program
The Cognizant Classic is proud to introduce a new grant program open to South Florida nonprofit organizations. Through this program, the tournament is partnering with PGA TOUR Superstore to expand access and equity to golf programs in under-resourced communities.
